The R-Fire Ltd. was established in 2008 to provide a frame for the developments and research done by the founders. They intend to ensure the outcome of research appear on the market and be accessible for the public. Right after its foundation the economic crisis arrived which was definitely not the most fortunate timing from a profit-oriented point of view due to our geographical position. Nonetheless, we have continued our development work and all believe that the achievements gained so far clearly prove our capabilities and our solid plans to exploit this unique business opportunity.

The TFEX Engineering was established in 2001, especially for the aim of R&D in the field of fire fighting. The owners are Dr. Istvan Szőcs (engineer of chemistry), and Dr. Szőcs Ilona Varga (engineer of metallurgy, economist and expert of finances, engineer of fire fighting).

They specialized themselves for the development of new foam materials, equipment and technologies. Dr. Szőcs has 75 internationally granted patents, mainly on fire fighting.
The core business of TFEX is the design of automatic, fixed Oil Tank Fire Extinguishhing Installations.
Dr. Szőcs focused on creation of special new foam formulas, mainly on the Compressed Foam Fire Extinguishing material.
Since the family of this type of foams has extremely advantageous features, Dr. Restas was asking Dr. Szőcs for cooperation in the field of forest fire protection.
